Meet in Place is a Tel Aviv based and venture capital-backed start up that was ready to plant a flag in the U.S. market. The start up wanted to open multiple locations of this unique business in NYC within a tight eight-month time frame.

A tall order for an entity with no U.S. revenues, a new and novel business model and a limited funding runway. David instantly saw the business model as being completely unique and perfectly in-demand in the NYC commercial market where offices are becoming tighter and tighter with fewer and fewer conference and meeting rooms available to employees. The first three successful locations opened simultaneously in Soho, Midtown East and the Financial District in 2018 with new openings scheduled for 2019 as the business starts to scale nationally and internationally.
